3. Licence and Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the documentation for your business purposes. You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the documentation to third parties.
4. Disclaimer

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are provided at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days to discuss your concerns.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our products remain with WHS Management Systems. Your licence to use the documentation does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

While our tools are custom-built by WHS professionals and designed to deliver accurate, actionable insights, technology-assisted content may occasionally require professional review.
